My husband told me last month that he wanted to order the electronic cigarette, or more commonly known as the e – cigarette. A client of his recommended it, who said they quit smoking tobacco cigarettes completely within a month after smoking the e cigarette. I was, at first skeptical, although I truly want him to quit smoking, I wasn’t sure if it was going to help him. He has tried medications and cold turkey, and truly does not want to give up smoking.
After doing some research on the e cigarette, I learned of all the pros associated with it. Although it has the appearance of a real cigarette, and produces a puff of “smoke”, which is actually water vapor, you don’t actually have to inhale smoke into your lungs. At the same time, the smoker is still satisfying the need for the inhaling and exhaling sensation. One of the best parts is that there is no smell, which means you can smoke these anywhere and not offend anyone. The only harmful ingredient still present in the e cigarette is nicotine, but you can order some without any nicotine in it.
He has been smoking them now for about 3 weeks. Although, he is still smoking tobacco cigarettes, he has cut back significantly. Before the electronic cigarettes he was smoking 2 packs a day, and now he has cut back to a half a pack a day. Of course, we are hoping the e cigarette completely eliminates the tobacco cigarette.
